We accept the following types of cards:  

Payment:             For account customers, payment is required within 30 days of invoice date. 

                           Title of goods remain with K.S. Industrial Supplies & Motor Factors until full and final payment is received.

                           Payment of goods is accepted by cheque (made payable to K.S. Industrial Supplies & Motor Factors) or

                           Credit/Debit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD/SWITCH – we do not accept ELECTRON). 

                           Cash is only accepted on a ‘cash on delivery’ basis or if goods are collected from the branch.

Returns:               If goods are damaged or faulty, please contact the branch immediately, and must be returned within 7 days of receipt. 

                           If goods are faulty or damaged a refund or replacement will be issued pending inspection and warranty conditions.

Carriage:              Carriage may be charged for special ordered items, or for deliveries outside the local delivery area.

Surcharges:          A surcharge may be applied to some items.  A credit for the surcharge will be issued upon receipt of the required goods.

Handling Charges: A handling charge may be applied to returns for special orders.

Customer Service: K.S. Industrial Supplies & Motor Factors will endeavour to delivery your ordered goods within a reasonable time,

                            but this is subject to stock and supplier delivery.  If the goods ordered are out of stock or are a back ordered item,

                            sales staff will inform you at the time of placing the order.

                  The trade counter is open from 8.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am – 12.30pm Saturday. 

Office hours 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Pricing:                All prices quoted are subject to VAT and supplier price increase.
